《告白那一刻》是一個與創作者深度對談的節目，無論是流行音樂創作歌手，或是作家、廣播人、戲劇工作者等，透過與各類創作者的深度對談與勾勒畫面，找出生活中那些看似平凡無奇卻值得珍藏與分享的瞬間，翻閱內心可能完美、也可能不完美的美好，並透過驚喜獻聲的方式，讓聽眾、來賓與親友間彼此分享告白，產生情感共鳴與連結。

除了創作者專訪，《告白那一刻》也嘗試透過各種單元企劃，用較輕鬆的方式，引領聽眾聽聽音樂，聊聊情緒，在繁忙的生活中戴上耳機，暫停腳步，讓自己跟自己對話，一起「記得告白，才有未來！」
