Bourne To Dance

New Adventures

Bourne to Dance is the podcast from Matthew Bourne’s New Adventures that celebrates the love of dance, creativity and storytelling. It explores this innately expressive art form and questions why dance moves, inspires and excites us.

New Adventures Resident Artist, Paul Smethurst will speak to members of the New Adventures family to discover their unique story of how they first encountered dance and how it has impacted their lives.

In the first series we will be speaking to Sir Matthew Bourne, principal dancer Ashley Shaw, Culture & Arts broadcasting legend Brenda Emmanus, West End star Layton Williams, theatre maker and movement director Kane Husbands and award-winning lighting designer Paule Constable.
