Die Autoren des Podcast sind die Nebellichter der Physiotherapie. Was sich in ihrem gesamten Konzept wieder spiegelt, deren Ziel ist es Aufklärungsarbeit zu betreiben. Es wird betont das es nicht Ziel ist irgendwelche Physiotherapeutischen Maßnahmen zu attackieren, sondern lediglich eine neutrale Sichtweise mit anerkannten Studien zu betreiben.

Ein Standbein sind die Interventionsbeschreibungen und deren Möglichkeiten in der Praxis. Eine weiterer wichtiger Punkt sind die Interviews mit nationalen und internationalen Partnern.
