Oslo Militære Samfund tilbyr foredrag, diskusjoner, tidsskrift og selskapelig samvær for offiserer, befal og forsvarsinteresserte. Christiania Militære Samfund ble stiftet 1. mars 1825. I 1925 ble navnet endret til Oslo Militære Samfund (OMS). Samfundet har i dag over 1300 medlemmer og har fire søyler: Talerstolen, Norsk Militært Tidsskrift, Samfundsbygningen og sosialt samvær.
