This podcast exposes the gap between men's and women's college sports and aims to educate and encourage change in sports culture. As a master's thesis project, this podcast uses research and interviews with experts to find solutions in closing the gender equity gap in college sports. Contributors to this podcast include renowned academics, ESPN directors, sports economists, Pac-12 college coaches, and Big-12 athletics directors.
